Zumileads

How long does it usually take to get a zumileads? I ordered one for laika 3 weeks ago and when I check it online it still says "processing" is this a normal wait? I never ordered from them before.

Did yours have stamps? Their stamp machine broke down and they have been waiting on a replacement according to their fb page.

I emailed recently about turnaround time with stamps and they said the machine should be up and running in the next few days; turnaround times seem to be about a week from what I've heard from others who ordered before the machine issue.
