A Place to Bark (A Place to Bark and Meow -- Animal Rescue Blog by Bernie Berlin) is a local rescue that helped with a puppy mill rescue here in Tennessee. The owner, Bernie, is a sweetheart and loves all the dogs she can help.

I have had a personal experience with Bernie as she took in 3 puppies that were dumped in my neighborhood and found them all good homes.

Oh Grammy, I have to say that Bernie is an angel on earth for these dogs & cats she rescues. She gives her all to them.
