Where do you build your websites, besides Tripod and Freewebs? I want to build one but cannot with Tripod or Freewebs.

Grr I just tried Piczo but it blocked me from that too. My computer blocks me from certain things. Stupid Parental Controls.

why not search for boards like this one that discuss guppies etc. and then ask the board members the best place to go to list the guppies. I would imagine you would do better selling them locally though, wouldn't you? I mean you don't want to ship guppies, right? I am kind of guppie ignorant as you can see.
