Kairi's belly...

Well, this morning I was woken at 5 O'clock by my mom. She wanted me to take a look at Kairi's belly, which was sporting a little red spot. I called the Vet about it when they opened. Turns out it's related to her being spayed this past Tuesday, but nothing to bad. She's always liked scratching the side of her belly and had apparently been at it sometime during the night. Without her belly being covered with fur, she's got a clean shot at her skin. I can keep her from scratching through the day, but how do I watch her while everyone's asleep? >_<; Oh well, at least she's left her stitches be.

Vitamin E oil dabbed on her skin and wound will help keep the itching down.

Worse case, you could put a collar on at night until it heals.
