Generally speaking, I go to bed around 11p, hopefully asleep before midnight. Doesn't always happen, sometimes I see 1a.

On an ideal night I sleep through the night and wake up at 8a. I don't have to be at work until 9a. When I was in radio and had to be at work at 8a, everything shifted back a bit, though I still usually fell asleep around the 11-midnight range and was up at 7a.

Sometimes on the weekend I sleep until 9a... very exciting. As to when I go to bed on the weekends, um, I try to be good, keep the routine, and go to bed at a decent time, but that usually means I crawl into bed around midnight and might be asleep by 1a... or later...

My natural sleep cycle is like 2a-10a. If left to my own devices, with nothing else to do, (like when I was on vacation for a week and a half) that's when I get tired and when I wake up every day.

I usually start heading to bed around 9:30, and actually turn off the lights between 10 and 10:30.

On weekdays I'm up at 6:15, but on weekends I usually sleep in until 8 or 8:30.

I feel like I never get enough sleep...but I sleep a lot.

I go to bed around 10-11PM every day and get up anywhere from 5:55-7 AM on work days depending if we take a four mile walk in the morning or not.

Weekends that I'm not working I'll get up between 8:30 - 9 AM.

My schedule changes if I'm on a self-schedule or a work-induced schedule.

If I'm working:
I'm typically in bed by 10pm and I get up at 7am.

If I get to bed later or have to get up earlier for a few days in a row, by body typically revolts and I end up falling asleep on the couch around 9pm OR I end up either taking a nap or sleeping in on my day off (or both).

If I'm able to set my own schedule:
I'm in bed around 11pm and I get up around 9am.

Basically, if I get anywhere from 9-10 hours of sleep my body loves me, with most of that sleep being done after the midnight hour. If I get 8 hours of sleep my body is okay (as long as most of that sleep is after the midnight hour), and if I get consistently less than 8 hours I end up super tired early in the evening or I have to take a nap halfway through the day.

I like sleep. Sleep is good.

If we lived in a world where our bodies could be left completely to their own devices, I would probably thrive on sleeping from about 1a to about 8-9a.

Alas, the real world does not support my biorhythms.

I typically go to bed around 10:00-11:30pm and wake up by 6:00am on work days. On my days off, I usually fall asleep around the same time and wake up around 7:30 on my own. If I'm really tired, sometimes I can sleep until 9!

Weeknights 10:30 to around 11 pm. I get up at 6:45 am. Weekends I go to bed anywhere between 10- 5 am, & get up anywhere from between 7:30 am - 11 am. But usually on a weekend I'll go to bed at 11:30-12:00, & get up at 9:30.

I really love sleep.

Try to get to bed around 10ish, up about 3:45 - 4am, on work days. Get to bed around midnight and sleep in until daylight on Friday and Saturday (that's when the Riley alarm goes off). Sunday is treated as a 'school' night, to bed earlier since I have to get up earlier.

I work 7pm-7am and mostly stay on that schedule... So my hours are a bit odd. I operate on Australian time basically lol. I work 3-4 days a week.
