Lol well it was inspired by Fran's thread. Poor Romeo is hard to draw.

That is one of the summoned dragons. You need the three (magma, lightning, and ice)others and then you get a summon action.

Btw are you able to get a nebula yet? I have one if you have an open spot and want it.
