Camera arrived this morning and I'm soooo tickled!

Going to be a learning curve figuring out how to use it to it's full capabilities, get pictures looking right and get used to a working new camera. I was so used to having to take my memory card and/or battery out every single time I wanted to get a picture and having it only like to focus sometimes. So nice to have one that I don't need to do a special dance to make it work.

This just makes me realize how much Trav has grown.
I knooooow! Everytime I look at him I can't believe how mature he looks

Once I found out how to set the continuous shot I did! But that took longer to figure out than I would like to admit

She's soooo awkward looking it makes me laugh. Her back is long right now and her front end is a wee shorter than her back end and it makes her look all wonky. Oooh puppies!

I think you should just come here like you were planning. We could have a water fetching day for Traveler and Mira.

Great pictures, as always! I as well can't get over how grown up and mature Traveler is nowadays. Didgie probably just makes him look even more so. She is growing up so pretty and has changed so much already in just a month. :)

Your dogs are so awesome. Even in photos they have a ton of personality. I love Didgie's markings, they might be the coolest ever. And the photo of Traveler standing on that big rock is super-awesome.

Congrats on the new camera! Can I ask what kind it is? I need to get something better than my point-n-click that I have now.

For better or worse they do have personality in spades!

And it's a Canon 40D! An upgrade from my old Rebel XS

What camera/lens set up are you using now?
A new to me Canon 40D and the lens is the same I always use, a 50mm 1.8

Great photos! But listen good, ear, GO UP AND STAY UP! :)
Oh it wants to be up! That one yesterday just decided to be a little floppy when she's hot and tired. I'm not worried! Traveler's weren't even close to being this up at her age
