Lynx is at day 50, and has developed some bloody discharge from her vulva. NOT normal, and NOT good, she was rushed to the vet last night. She was put on antibiotics in case it was an infection (bloodwork normal and not enough time to culture it anyways), and in a few minutes here I will take her for another ultrasound to see how the puppies are and if we can detect heartbeats.

Too early to do much else but cross fingers, wait, and pray.

Thanks everyone. I just feel sick, obviously we will do everything we can but there is just not much we can do but sit and wait and hope. And I could be SLIGHTLY over-reacting. I do that. But I needed fellow dog people to share with.

Lynx looks so cute, and she sure looks like a healthy prego bitch.

I reallyyyy hope she & her puppies are fine!

I recently had some issues with my pregnancy and I understand how scary that can be... I had severe cramps and I freaked out. It was just because my little guy's growing rapidly. I hope it's not a big deal for Lynx either.

Puppies are gone.

Her uterus ate them up. We're seeing in the next 48 hours if she's a spay or if she's cleaning herself out enough.
