Mini pin with throbbing on lower right side

Min pin with throbbing on lower right side
My mini pin has throbbing on lower right side of body. He seems uncomfortable & when I take him outside he walks around & then he stops & sits for a couple of seconds & then repeats the process. He still eats & drinks water. Looks like he is in some pain though. Just noticed this 5hrs ago....any suggestions please.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are describing.
Do you see a throbbing movement under the skin?
Is there a lump or swollen area?
Do you remember the dog getting hurt, running into anything?
Where exactly is the area nearest?

By his stomach area & lower right side area by his tail

Just got back from the vet. He seems normal now . The vet thinks he may have had gas & he had problems releasing it.

Aw, poor baby, glad that it was something minor.
