Presents For Pooch?

Well christmas is just around the corner and I am getting ready to do the christmas shopping but here is the question... what do you buy for the dog that has almost everything? And this is for a BIG dog so those cute little sweaters and stuff are pretty much out of the question (unless you know somewhere that makes them XXXXXXXXL)
