Festivity...? Muahaha. My mom always wanted a dog she could dye different colors (like a poodle).. and I figured, why not? It wont hurt him and we'll all certainly have fun doing it.
I know a guy that used to do the same thing to his Dalmatian, he would dye it different colors for each holiday. For the Fourth of July parade every year, that Dalmatian walked in the parade.... and he was red, white and blue.
