Need help with a gift

It's my dads birthday tomorrow and I wanted Riley (my 2 month old) to give him something also. I found this poem online but would it be weird if i change it to say "Grandpa" and not daddy...

Not weird at all. Grandpa's are just as important in teaching as dads!
