Other half can't access ebay, bit of googling reveals an issue. Just tried Facebook, also down!

Weird... Facebook is working fine for me. But downforeveryoneorjustme says it's down.

Says ebay is up though.

I can access eBay, but lots of accounts not working. Apparently PayPal had issues too.
