Now, I'm no breeder, but this doesn't seem right to me. What do you guys think?
What is a Puggle?
Puggles are a relatively new hybrid dog breed produced by mating a select female Beagle to a select male Pug- resulting in a very sweet-tempered, affectionate (but not yippy, hyper, or insecure) pup that is very low-maintenance family-friendly (great with children and other dogs), loose-skinned, wrinkly-faced, endearing in both personality and looks. Well into their adult lives, Puggles exemplify the best of what dogs are all about- loyalty, companionship, and affection; translating into a breed that is very eager to please its owner. It has been proven over time that Puggle owners feel their Puggles change their own family chemistry for the better giving everyone a "lift" by their happy, can-do natures. As well, Puggles are durable, hardy dogs that can easily take a bit of rough-housing (boys love them for this.) Girls appreciate their affectionate, lap-loving qualities. Due to their elongated snouts, breathing problems are not a problem; as well, the eyes do not bulge on puggles. Puggles do not show the Beagle tendency to run- rather, their greatest delight seems to be to be in their owner's presence: this quality tends to keep them close to you (they love to be cuddled!). Typical of most hybrid breeds, Puggles display no congenital defects or particular health concerns. Like all straight-haired dog breeds, puggles do shed; however, their relatively short coat and small size minimizes this problem. Puggles get to be 14-20lbs. as adults, are 13-15" high at the shoulder, typically have a curly tail, are tan with a black muzzle- earning them the nickname of "miniature mastiffs".
What is a Mini-Boxer?
Thank you for your interest in this excellent hybrid breed: a mix between a select male pug and a choice female toy fox terrier. For a slightly larger version, a male pug is bred to a female Boston terrier, which also produce what some folks call a” bug”, pugston, or mini-boxer. The pug X toy foxes are tan with black muzzles. The pug X Bostons can be similarly-colored, but also can be brindle or black /white. We work mostly with 3 local small-time breeders to produce these dogs. Shortly after birth the pup’s tails are docked, resulting in a hardy dog that has striking resemblance to a normal-size boxer both in physical looks and temperament, yet about ¼ the size! Mini-boxers end up weighing 12-18 # as adults, 11-13” high at the shoulders, have straight short coats (normal shedding), with a short snout that allows normal breathing. They make excellent little house dogs: well-tempered, alert and full of play, and yet cuddly and responsive. They are eager to please and train easily. Mini-boxers are excellent with children and other animals. Although this breed has been bred only about 4 years, the record thus far has been good: no known congenital defects, and full of hybrid vigor.
What is a Mini-Walrus?
Thank you for your interest in this unique hybrid breed, which has been around for about 2 years. Produced by deliberately crossing a male shar-pei with a choice female basset-hound, these wrinkle-faced/loose-skinned dogs immediately bring a chuckle to all who behold one. No person who sits on their front porch in a rocking chair playing their harmonica should be without one of these delightful breeds lying at their feet.
Full of hybrid thrift (no congenital health problems known at this time), and with excellent, tolerant laid-back energy, this is a breed the entire family can love. Great with small children and other household pets, the history from owners tells of a social, affable, easy-to-housetrain dog that gets to be anywhere between 30 and 45# as adults, and 13-15” high at the shoulders. These dogs need to be exercised daily, though they tend to be loungers. Their short straight hair, although of the shedding type, makes this a low-maintenance breed. Amount of wrinkles at puppy hood varies: the pups tend to grow into their coats with age. Anyone considering buying a mini-walrus should read about shar-peis, and basset-hounds, as well. A good place to start is www.pets4you.com. Very often, the hybrid version of the 2 constituent breeds turns out to have more desirable. characteristics than either parent: in the case of the mini-walrus, you end up with a not-too-wrinkly-skinned dog ( folds from wrinkles in shar-peis can cause bacteria and other problems), that has the sweet, affable temperament of the basset-hound, with a more normal height to length ratio! This is a dog breed that is very easy to love.
What is a Teddy-Bear?
Thank you for your interest in the Teddy-bear breed of dog. A teddy-bear puppy is a hybrid mix of dog breeds that has non-shed hair (hypo-allergenic), is short-legged, and weighs no more than 10 # as an adult. They often are various mixes of poodle, bichon, shih-tzu, lhasas, Maltese, Pekingnese, westies and yorkies. Because of the hybrid mix of breeds, they are usually more even-tempered (making them much more likely to get along with children and other pets), and as well have far fewer health issues than purebreds. They can come in every possible color combination. These are definitely inside type of dog breeds (of course they enjoy romps outside and walks on the leash) who thrive on human attention and affection. A good place to go to learn about the individual dog breeds is www.pets4you.com.

It seems like this type of thing is getting really ridiculous.
