Veggieheads - Vegetarians, vegans and other weird eaters

I have a new love for cauliflower for thickening soups and stuff so I will try it out. I am not much of a cook. My boyfriend did most of the cooking till I made the switch and now I have to fend for myself. It has been fun experimenting.
