You really are a great photographer. What fabulous pics!
And Dance. . .she's so gorgeous!
How old is she? (Sorry if I've asked before, I just can't remember.)

SharkBait, yes, I have the D40. I absolutely love it - especially now that I'm more used to it having had it a couple of months. I don't care for the kit lens (18-55) unless I just want nice indoor shots or portraits... as most of my pictures are action shots and taken from really far away, and the kit lens doesn't have enough zoom for that. I've had my 55-200 lens on for over a month now and much prefer it. Though I do still use the other one occasionally too.

Momof2Pups, She's just over a year old (13.5 months).

Jenn, she's changed a lot since you met her back in Feb. She has a pretty poor topline though... I was hoping that it would straighten out when she was younger, but it didn't.

Thanks Toller :D

Although I'm such a newbie to SLRS, so still lots too learn, like how do you even go about choosing different lenses, do they say somewhere what they're good for?
Sorry I'm being a nuisance and asking you heaps of technical questions, but I'm just a little confused...
Oh and if you know any informative websites about all this stuff, that'd be great :)
