Oh wow! That is one heck of a lucky dog. That's funny how so many people wanted to claim him and how he was aloof toward them. I hope it isn't that he was suffering from some kind of memory loss. LOL. Wouldn't that be something if one of them were his owners?

That is an amazing story. Sounds like Baltic has a good personality and will be fine. I'm glad the research team plans to keep him if he has no reaction to people trying to claim him.
