Arbutus!

I'm so happy with him, he's seriously the coolest snake ever and is so tame and cuddly. Just a super awesome little dude! Here's some photos!

Very cool snake! Yours?

Yup! I co-own him of sorts with my best friend who I'm moving in with in the spring. It's my 5 year friendiversary present to us

In that case I am looking forward to many many more pictures of him and his habitat!

How did you name him Arbutus?

My friend who I'm owning him with is from the Sunshine Coast of BC and arbutus is a species of tree there that's orange in colour and shed it's bark. So as kind of a throwback to her childhood home and well our snake is also orange and sheds his skin so it fit! She picked it, I really like it.

You moving out means you are going to get a puppy, right?

And yay snakes! I can't wait to own a snake again.

Maybe eventually. Maybe even a retriever. We'll see.
