I love naps. I took a 2 hour nap today. But yeah usually I wake up feeling like I was hit by a truck. And be like, 1000x more exhausted than I was before I took the nap.

But God I just love being able to lie down and check out for a while that I don't even care how I feel afterwards lol.

I love naps...

...but sometimes I do wake up from one and feel like I have been hit by a truck.

My dad naps all the time. My mom naps frequently.
I'm a nap-and-feel-like-crap napper though. I don't get it. I too have heard about how super short naps are supposed to be far better for you than a long nap. Honestly if I fall asleep for just a few minutes and then get woken up I feel fine, not really tired anymore, but if I seriously nap it's not good.

So I ended up falling asleep again at 7 and then waking up at 3 am all ready to go. That's great. I forced myself to stay in bed till 5....

I am so weird.
