Help with night terrors?

so I sleep with my dog, since i adopted her in 09. She generally curls up on my hip. small thing 13lb. recently she has started growling and snapping suddenly in the night. She is completely on guard, will snap at my hands if reach for her. easy to calm if pull her in to the light. I am reasonable confident i have not rolled over on her.

So, What is that? any suggestions?
