stanky farts.. because of just starting raw diet?

well, the titles says it all pretty much. my dog is farting horrible horrible smells. he's been good at starting his raw diet, had 1 day of the squirts and now it's solid, a little chalky textured poop. just has a smell leaking out his butt that woke me up from a sleep when he farted last night.

Oh man, it woke you up. That had to have been bad. As for your question, I haven't a clue, I have only noticed my dog having gas twice, whether he was on raw or not.

well both my dogs sleep in my bed with me when im at my parents house. so it didn't have to travel far..infact my dog pretty much dutch ovened me..

Sierra gets gassy when I introduce a new meat, but it settles in a day.

Well he just started on the raw diet, so most likely it's his body adjusting and getting rid of the bad stuff. At least his poop didn't go fluid for more than a day. Blessings with the bad eh? Lol. anyway, im at work. thanks yall.

try adding plain yogurt to his diet. that might help
