It's about in the middle. Like ladymac said, you can do a lot worse and a lot better. Have you thought about a grain-free kibble?

I don't feed Royal Canin to my dogs. My boyfriend's mother was told this is the best dog food out in the market. But when I read the ingredient list I wasn't too impressed. He is on the Performatrin Life Stages food right now. They are looking to switch his food because he has begun to loose weight and get dry skin.
