Any Thoughts on this Veterinarian Formulated Food

I didn't readily see anything telling me they start with human grade ingredients. That still leaves it open to the three Ds.
I also didn't like seeing lettuce???? WTF???? Generic lettuce is usually iceberg, and it's about as nutrient zero a food as you can find that actually grows. Also, lettuce is one thing I've found on the toxic list for dogs many times.
