Hi Guys,
Just wanted to post a picture of the new portrait that I'm just finishing off. I have to darken a few areas, and some brindling, and I've had to brighten the eye area. It was so dark that you couldn't see the eye at all. I like to keep my portraits a little softer and lighter, just so that I can capture expression better.
Thanks for looking! :)

Thank you all very much for your wonderful compliments! :)
I think it won't look too different once finished, but I'll post again once I darken what I need to.
Thanks again!

Thanks Jessie! :)
I'm posting the final that my client ok'd. It's only slightly darker, but you can notice a bit of a difference, although I'm not sure that it will be noticeable on the web.
Thanks for looking everyone!

Thank you both very much!
Its hard to say how long it took .... I do it on and off throughout the day, and normally i take at least a half an hour at every luch break to draw. I would estimate, altogether, it probably took 4-5hours, or more. This one was a little more finicky than others that I've done. I should really start keeping track of the time, but every time I start I just never think about it. :)
