Homemade Asian-style chicken soup with rice. I simmered the stock on the stove all day, and the soup is just now finished. YUM.

Kids ended up with fried chicken patties on tortillas with ranch, tomatoe and lettuce topped with cheese.

Me- Smores in the microwave.

I miss actual cooking right now but I dont miss navigating a messed up kitchen. I am now sitting here chilling out because my back and hip are KILLING me

Culvers. I had cheese curds and french fries and a pumpkin shake. Pretty darn nutritious huh! But it was yummy.
