Need serious help asap have read every training advice out there!

i have one suggestion...get those things at a party store were when you throw them at the ground,wall,etc the pop/snap...i cant realy explain.then throw them at the gorund near the dog,it normally gets the dogs attention away from whatever else he/she is looking at.this does not hurt the dog or make it fear you.I tried it with all of my dog and it worked with all but 1 of my dogs and none of them hated of feared me.They would come when called tail wagging,head bobbing,etc.
