I think it's great! What's the next step? Is it going to be cast? (Don't know too much about sculpture, other than I can't do it. Lol!)

actually when i started going to the guild my whole goal was to do pointer sculpture. I didn't research, and if had i probably wouldn't be there at all for what i really wanted to do was cast, and that is done first by carving wax. Instead i am using clay, for that is what is available and free almost. This will be fired first, bisque, and then the "glaze" fire around 3000 degrees which will turn the clay into stone. Thanks for the encouragements..i am just a beginner at this.

Very impressive, my sister studied art and made a dog sculpture a few years ago. I assisted her and i must say... as hard as it is to photograph a sculpture, it's a thousand times harder to make a good sculpture

again, impressive!
