First day with the "Comfort Zone" D.A.P pheromone shows that he barked for a few minutes when he heard someone leave and seemed to sleep for the next 3 1/2 hours I was able to record him. Not sure how he was for the other 4 1/2 hours. Shall see tomorrow.

I just want to remind you of something...

This has been a habit for *8* years. Expecting to fix it in two weeks is unrealistic. The fact that he stopped for several hours is great. That is PROGRESS.

Rome was not built in a day, remember? :p

Be patient and quit switching methods. Stick with one for atleast a month, and if nothign comes of it, THEN switch.

BTW - that is a really good suggestion. It isn't fool proof, but impressive to come up with and immediate solution.

edit: Sorry, I thought "reply" would work to one post... It doesn't. I was referring to the idea of using a blanked on the outside of the kennel to drown out the sound. With the right blanket, it would probably be much more muffled.
