Look what this guy wrote about my countys shelter...

Here is who is endorsing the Mayor but I looked on his homepage & I don’t know whether to laugh, cry or throw up. What a crock of absolute putrid sewage…. Is this a joke??? Or are the Citizens of Everett actually stupid enough to fall for this?

Open Government? Open to whom, most of their meeting are behind closed doors

Fiscal Leadership? Spending almost 100K to prosecute a misdemeanor? Well over 3 million dollars to cover themselves in the Meservey case? God knows what else. Leading you straight into bankruptcy. Oh & don’t forget the 4.75 Million dollar Tort Claim I have filed against them & please don’t think for one moment I am backing down from it.

Genuine sensitivity to citizens needs are highly valued & respected? Is this happening in a parallel universe? Are you friggin serious? I bet Meserveyâ€s family doesn’t think so, I DEFINTITELY know this is a line of absolute crap.

How many times have I written to this man? How many times has he read my story & ignored my pleas? Ignored my pain & WORSE YET: The pain & suffering of my animals. Anyone who can’t even feel for an animal is not the kind of person you want leading you.

HE KNOWS FOR A FACT THAT THE EVERETT MUNICIPAL CODE IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE WASHINGTON STATE RCW’S & THAT PESKY LITTLE CONSTITUTION.

HE KNOWS FOR A FACT THAT THEY TOOK MY ANIMALS ILLEGALLY AS REVENGE FOR ME COMPLAINING ABOUT THE INJURED PIT BULLS I WAS PULLING FROM EVERETT ANIMAL SHELTER

HE ALSO KNOWS FOR A FACT THAT I AM THE ONE WHO PROVIDED ALL OF THE INFO FOR THE RENE ROSKE PUPPY MILL BUST NOT THAT CRAZY WITCH THEY DROPPED 3 GROSS MISDEMEANORS AGAINST TO TESTIFY AGAINST ME FOR ONE SINGLE MISDEMEANOR BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL EMAILS I SENT TO HER WITH THE INFO THAT WAS NEEDED

HE KNOWS THAT THEY KILLED MY DOG ILLEGALLY THEN GUTTED HIM, TOOK PICTURES OF THEIR HANDS PLAYING IN HIS INTESTINES & THEN PUT STICKY NOTES ALL OVER HIS INTERNAL ORGANS

HE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED IN THE 7 HOURS MY DOGS DISAPPEARED FROM THE TIME THEY WERE TAKEN FROM ME TIL THEY WERE BROUGHT TO THE SHELTER, BLOODY, UNABLE TO WALK, MISSING TEETH BLEEDING FROM THEIR RECTUM & IN FULL THROES OF SEIZURES. WHY WAS MY DOG BLEEDING FROM HIS RECTUM??? WOULD YOU EVER HAVE TO WONDER WHY YOUR DOG WAS BLEEDING FROM HIS BUTT AFTER HE HAD BEEN IN THE HANDS OF A PREJUDICED HATEFUL AC AGENT?

THIS IS THE KIND OF PIECE OF COWPIE TOWN EVERETT HAS BECOME AT THE HANDS OF THIS MAN & THE CITY COUNCIL

The best advice I can give you is to investigate any shelter or rescue that you are going to adopt from, donate to or volunteer with. They are not all good, they are not all bad, but most could be better with more community support.

Of course I am going to examine the Everett Shelter & the Everett Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF). This is a VERY strange creature. It is a city shelter that has a 501(c)3 & it is strange. The non profit reports 90K in assets, & has donated about 40K to taking care of dogs at the shelter, the shelter manager was Bud Wessman who was also the head of the non-profit, but then he “stepped down†as the shelter manager & was running the non profit. BUT up til I made a stink about it he was still listed as the shelter manager & Shannon Delgado was listed as the assistant, supposedly because the shelter couldn’t afford to give her the title of manager & now all of a sudden she is the manager, or she is listed as such… but so was Bud Wessman for 2 years after he was supposedly gone. I’ll figure it all out with my pubic records request. The interesting thing is that since the charity supposedly “belongs†to the City of Everett all of it’s dealings are considered part of the public record, but they don’t list there financial report on there page, it always listed as “coming soon†Now we all now I was rescuing animals from the Everett shelter & they were ALL coming out injured or maced, sometimes both. Once I complained about it they stopped me from pulling anymore dogs with a crapload of bureaucratic bull. Fine I did what the others in the rescue community asked me to do, keep my mouth shut & back off, but by then they had it in for me. I will be interested to find out what their euthanasia rates are now that they have the 501(c)3 with an extra 50K laying around, again that will go to the public records request. It should be zero to none with that kind of money rolling in.

Please also keep in mind, they had access to 90K when they euthanized something like 82 cats because the one came in with kitty distemper or some other disease, they could’ve saved those cats but they chose to murder them ALL, no one was even given a chance, they were systematically murdered one by one in less than a day. So they saved their precious money & even made some off of the cats bodies. Oh & here’s a nugget for all of you cat lovers out there, this month & part of next month almost all of the black cats are killed because of Halloween, they wont adopt them out & that was their policy, the same for Seattle Humane Society, but they don’t murder them, they just take them off the floor or keep them in foster.

I can only speak about shelters I have dealt with because it is my butt on the line but again I have worked with a lot of good shelters, city & county funded & privately funded. If you look east of the mountains here in Washington at the small underfunded shelters that is where you will find your faith in human beings again, most of the shelter managers, workers & volunteers will spend most of their own paychecks to get dogs & cats safe & out of the shelter or get them fixed, or get them medical attention, & they get limited funding, sometimes not even enough to buy food let alone meds or get the animals spayed or neutered, they pay for it, they beg for it, & they hustle for it.

So the next time you are thinking about donating to some big corporation who does nothing for animals, please look to the smaller rescues & shelters & consider saving a life. The next time you are looking for a new family member look across your own state & as always if you see a dog from Seattle to Spokane you want but can’t drive in the snow or get across the mountains, you email me immediately & I will go get the dog or cat for you for the cost of the gas money!!!

shelter assistant manager SHANNON DELGADO who actually LAUGHED at me when I found out that my dog was dead, it was FUNNY to her, so keep donating to EVERETT ANIMAL RESCUE FOUNDATION so they can continue to kill dogs & laugh about it, yes EVERETT ANIMAL SHELTER & EVERETT ANIMAL RESCUE FOUNDATION are one in the same, every dollar you donate goes to help kill pitbulls, or any dog perceived to be a terrier or bulldog, it also wasn’t enough to save 82 cats they killed because they didn’t want to spend the money you donated to help save animals, even if the animals were not showing signs of any illness they killed them. Imagine that: the city vet LISA THOMPSON sat down & in ONE day they took the lives of 82 animals who fought for their lives because they couldn’t spend the 45.00 each it would’ve cost to save them. Cat’s don’t go down easy, they fight for their lives, you have to stab the needle in their hearts, imagine being stabbed in your heart with a poison & dying slowly painfully when your only sin was being born, (NO it is not a quick painless death when it is done directly into your heart, the medicine has to work it’s way through the cat’s system as it shuts down all the organs & they suffocate to death while their heart is seizing up) when all you wanted was to be loved, to live, to have a home of your own. Wait til court when you see the injuries on the animals I pulled from there. Innocent helpless animals that they beat, tortured, maced & abused. Wait til everyone sees my WHOLE story

Speaking of pit bulls. An Everett home owner who shot a loose pit bull to death on Tuesday because he "felt threatened" has satisfied Everett Police that he had no other option but to shoot the dog. Never mind that the animal has never attacked anyone before, and hadn't attacked anyone when it was shot.

In fact, under Everett law, the owner of the pit bull may now face up to a year in jail for not preventing it from getting out in the first place--a law reserved only for pit bulls and a couple other breeds.

Everett Police Sgt. Ryan Dalberg tells Seattle Weekly that on Wednesday morning two calls were made to report a pit bull on the loose in the 7100 block of Lower Ridge Road.

The first call was made to Snohomish County Animal Control by a neighbor telling them that the dog was loose.

The second call was made by a different neighbor to police saying that he'd just shot the dog.

"The man's adult daughter had been frightened by the dog, so he escorted her out to her car with his gun," Dalberg says. "He said he was in fear for his safety and safety of neighborhood, so he shot the animal."

That fear is essentially all the gun wielder had to mention in order to prove to police that he had no choice but to shoot the animal.

The dog owner, meanwhile, could be counting his dead dog as the least of his worries.

That's because Everett has a specific law that requires "dangerous breeds" to never be let off a leash, even in a back yard, to wear a muzzle in public, and to never be allowed in off-leash dog parks.

What's a dangerous breed, according to the city of Everett? "Pitbulls, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers and the mixes of these breeds" are all considered dangerous.

Violating the city's law, which the pit bull owner did as soon as his dog got loose, if not before that, is punishable by "up to $5,000 fine, a year in jail, or a combination of both."

As we reported yesterday, two pit bull-themed events are coming up that aim to show the dogs as either lovable (if misunderstood) family pets, or vicious killing machines, bent on destruction.

The organizer for the anti-pit-bull rally is pushing to get a law similar to Everett's passed in Seattle.

Not that anyone apparently needs a law like Everett's to shoot a dog that they "feel threatened" by. They just need a law like that to lock up the owner after they shoot the dog.
