Om nom nom. $5 dollar meal, right there. Croissant rolls from the store, spices from the store. Shotgun shell from the store. Everything else is homegrown or wild. Yummm.

ETA: I should clarify. The entire meal I made tonight, 10 cups of roasted squash and 4 pounds of turkey was $5, not just my plate.

I had some smoke sausage, green beans, and potatoes all cooked together. And cornbread. Was also quite tasty, but not quite that tasty!

Now you make me want grilled squash. And a garden. And a fiance that hunts. ROFL

Haha! Well, any chance your fiance will be stationed in MI? You could just borrow my husband and he can fill all of your hunting needs!
