Worming

I have a 10 week old puppy who was wormed 3 weeks ago. I understand they need to be wormed every 2 weeks until thery're 12 weeks. I forgot to worm shadow last week (which was when she was due to be wormed) as we had the big visit to the see the specialist in Bristol and my mind was filled with worry about what they'd say, (see my previous post "the vet doesnt know whats wrong") they still dont know whats wrong with her, my local vet has taken to calling her the "wobbly dog". Any way my point is have I done any damage to shadow by not worming her? or is it ok for me to just worm her now and carry on as normal?

I really don't think that worming would be a problem. It's something easy to get rid of, and easy to detect.
