Flickr people? Help!?

I didn't know you had to be a genius to use this... Photobucket has been irritating me lately, so I created a flickr account... But apparently I'm too stupid to figure out where to find my password to change it (I signed in via facebook) or how to sign in from my phone so I can upload some stuff. So... Help?????

If you go into flickr, beside the 'home', you'll see a 'you' drop down. Click on that, select 'your account' and go from there.
