Hey everyone

I have a question. Sometimes I give my Dog his bowl in his cage. He'll eat it for a while but then he'll try to cover it up with a towel that is in the cage. I don't know why he's doing this...so I wondering if you guys could tell me.

Thanks

LOL I think that is funny. Maybe he is throwing his napkin on his bowl to let you know he is done. Dont know.

ROFLOL! That's a good one.

He may be saving it like burying a bone. Or...he may just have been playing around with the towel and it coincidentally ends up on his bowl. LOL.

Toby does this too. It's so cute. He pushes his blanket over his food bowl with his nose, just as if he was pushing dirt. I think he is just trying to bury it for later.

Maybe a throwback to some instinct that makes them cover up their scent from preditors?

I'm just guessing. My dog empties her bowl and throws it around the kitchen!
