Wedgey comes home...

Sunday at 2:30pm!

Her owner vey obviously cares, and doesn't want to give her away, but knows he can't give her the time she needs. He's glad she'll have playmates, and be in the main living area, because she loves human affection.

Hoping it's nice Sunday, so I can take all 3 Outside to tire them out a little before putting them in the cage together. She will, of course, be coming with me to FerretFest, as well I have a vet appt for renegade on the 21st, I'll probably get my vet to give her a quick look over then.

How does one introduce ferrets? Is it common for them not to get along?

They usually get along real well. Like, we go to events and thrown 30+ ferrets that have never met in a play pen and leave them. There are the minor scuffles, but nothing big. Ren is just an asshole who doesn't like males in his house, and who likes to pretend he is boss. So, even though Wedgey is a female, she may be intimidated by him and need a slower introduction. Generally the introduction is to throw them in the cage together and watch them, or give them a bath together first.
