anyone know where you can go to have photos transferred onto fabric?

I am working on a special quilt for one of our neonatal practitioners at work who has cancer. Her prognosis is not good. She is taking some experimental chemo drugs to try and prolong her life expectancy a few months. I was able to get a hold of some family photos of hers and I want to transfer them onto fabric and make quilt squares out of the pictures on the fabric. Anyone know where I can go to have that done?? I have the photos on a flash drive. All i can find is "do it yourself" tutorials. Time is an issue and I just don't have the time to do it myself. I'd really like to find a place that does something like that.
