Shakespeare- Pictures

Well, Shakes came down with something.. upset stomach or some nonsense. He has been on meds for almost 2 weeks now (feeling much better) and since he will be turning 6 this year, I got a blood panel done on him. Waited a week for results (vet wanted to consult a exotic specialist) and everything came back clear, though he recommends a blood glucose panel every couple of months just to be sure. So, for a 6 year old ferret Shakes is doing exceptionally well

anywho... onto pictures


This was a few days after his doctors appt, last week sometime. He crawled in his carrier (one of his favorite places to nap) and fell asleep...eyes wide open.

Then he got tickled!! lol He goes nuts when I tickle him..rolls all over the place and love nips me and gives me kisses lol

So cute; hope he feels better soon.

Aw, Shakes! <3 Glad to hear his bloodwork came back normal - wish I was having that kind of luck. *sigh* As it is, I'm about ready to kill both of mine (okay, only throttle them) - they've both decided using the litterbox in the cage isn't a necessity anymore and are just crapping where they please. %^(*&%

Shakes will poop once or twice in his box then go where he pleases in his cage.... I put news paper down everywhere so it doesn't make much of a mess. How is Rinnie doing????

I had a foster ferret that would crap wherever he pleased... Best day ever was when he went away XD

Yah, I dont deal with ferrets crapping everywhere very well
