Can dogs get the flu????

One of my puppies does not seem to feel well. She will be a year old this month and her sister appears to be fine. I was wonder if dogs can get the sick like with the flue or something. They have had all their shots and also have survived parvo. Her nose is warmer then the other dogs in comparison. Any suggestions? I have no money to take her to the vet. thank you

What are her symptoms?

Diarrhea, listlessness, not being her self. They come in at night and through out the night she needed to be let out to go to the bathroom. BUT now this morning she seems alright
