Well my puppy turned 8 weeks old on the 12th! YAY HAPPY 8 WEEKS IZZIE! Anyways besides that, I just had a question...
I live on military post housing, so they are very strict about picking up your doggie's business and all of that. Well I like to take walks in the evening and want to get her used to doing that with me. The problem is not that she's bad on the leash, she just doesn't want to go walk. Even down to the end of the block, especially if she hears a loud noise or another dog, she wont go any further. I just don't know how to console her so that she knows it's okay.
Also, how do I discipline her if she runs out of my little yard area. She did this earlier and once ran too close to the road and the other time into the neighbors garage. OYE, I just don't want to start this type of habit now.
Also, I finally got her a crate and she's been doing well sleeping in there. I was wondering though, I wake up with her once or twice a night, and she potties both times, but my question, if I keep taking her out at night will this encourage her to keep doing this forever, or will she eventually build up the tolerance to learn to not have to potty at night? This is my biggest fear is that even when she's oldeer, she'll still want to go out at night. Thanks so much <<33
