my friends pomeranian just died today

my friends pomeranian got out 2 days ago and was not found untill today.She got a phone call and her other friends mom said she saw sandy laying on the streat and she was dead.

How awful! Please give them my condolences

They let her outside to go potty and they had a leash on her because she can fit through their fence but they think she got out of her collar.One of their neigbors hates Sand because shes really yappy so they think he might have hit her with his car or something,but they have no proof
