New puppy has worms....

I got a new puppy a day ago and I started noticing these flat white worms with round heads in her stool and they were alive mind you. The rescue agency we got her from said she was de-wormed twice. She did have fleas, I don't know if this would be some usefull info or not but hey what the heck.

Thanks to anyone in advance for the help, we are gonna try to get her into a vet first thing in the morning but I would like to have an idea of what I am dealing with since I have 3 other animals in the house and don't know whether or not I should keep her seperated from her "adopted" dad LT who is a 4 1/2 yr old german shepard.

Dogs can get worms again and again, so periodically check your dogs stools for worms and watch for signs of weight loss that are not related to increased activity or less food.
