Just some curiousity...

I'm just curious about why my dog, Dusty, will grab some food from his bowl and dash elsewhere, sometimes trotting, then eat the food where he stops and go back for more? Then there's the question of his tail, it curls quite a bit and I don't know where it's from, not that any of this is a problem just trying to get a grasp as to why it is that way.

i dont know why some dogs take food from their bowls and eat it somewhere else....my beagle does that too...

what kind of dog is Dusty? Spitz dogs have tails that curl over their back.

He's a shepherd lab mix.

it is probably the shepherd in the dog, some have tails that are slightly curled.

This is more than a slight curl, half his tail curls.

Have you posted a picture?

I don't have one of his tail I don't think.

I found one that shows it where he's laying down, but his tail does that all the time.
