Well, Petey ended up coming home on Monday evening instead of Tuesday morning. They called my mom at work and asked her if she could pick Petey up in the evening because they had some overcrowding and had no place to put him! The SPCA already neutered Petey and gave him his shots, but I am taking him to our vet tomorrow because his ears are itchy and irritated.
Petey is confined to one room right now. He is so cute and sweet and playful. He seems so happy to be in a house instead of in a cage at the SPCA.
We learned that he doesn't like to be picked up, but he loves to cuddle!
He likes head scratches too.
