Sawyer is having a sleepover!

We're watching Vixen, a little whippet/springer mix, overnight while her mom is in Breckenridge.

Sawyer is LOVING IT. He's finally got someone who likes to play chase, isn't intimidated by his barking and is all about playing as much as possible. I've got the backdoor propped open so they have a bigger "racetrack" and I"m just laughing myself to tears over the two of them.

I can't even wrap my mind around springer whippit..Can't wait for the pics.

This is a picture of her from Labor Day...she's like 22lbs and maybe 14 inches at the shoulder. Pretty much whippet-sized.

Vixen is a cutie! Sounds like she and Sawyer will tire each other out.

And of course my camera battery just died...I should be heading down south here in a little bit to pick up a package at my parents house anyway, so I'll grab my charger then.

I think I can figure out why Sawyer is so happy...he will be sleeping with a female tonight. Better keep your eye on them :lol-sign:

I'm sure her and Sawyer are having a blast. Erin asked if we would watch her, I think she would round up our "herd" and we wouldn't get any sleep LOL

Glad that Sawyer has a friend to play with!

She's actually being really good...only barking when she's playing or when someone walks in the door. She and Vegas aren't terribly sure of each other but aren't acting up any.

Uh OH hope someone is fixed! haha. I loved the little joke. Do they play for hours upon hours or just give up after a bit?
