how to know if pups ears will stand

kodiak is 4 months old both his parents are floppy eared. rottie, staffie, red heeler and something else. in the last week his ears mainly left ear is standing up with a floppy tip when hes excited or focused on something. other than that they are floppy. does this mean his ears are starting to stand? it started as just a funny thing his ears were doing but now im wondering because its doing it more frequently now lol

Uhm, I think after teething you'll be able to tell for sure? I know when a dog starts to teeth, his ears do wonky things.
