My sister and her partner are foster failures!! I can't blame them, how could anyone let this girl go?

The rescue listed her as a pomeranian/Pekingese mix, but I'm almost certain she's a shih tzu/pug mix.

Her name is Coco, I think they'll keep it, but I'm not a huge fan.
Funnily enough, I suggested they call her Yoko.
