Inconsiderate

Why are some people with dogs are are so inconsiderate? Ok so I am sitting her trying to work on my book report. So I turn off the TV maybe about a second or two later. This load barking starts I have been trying to do this report for a few days, but cannot get any peace and quiet I tried to go to the library it's to packed.

I see this dumb lady every day this older lady asked can she do something with her dog her dogs barks are very loud and then it start other barking. And i mean the dumb women don't even have a dog house for the dog when it was snowing I feel like taking the dog from her and bring it in the house with me. I mean I do not mind barking dogs I mean but god you don't have to have a dog outside to were it barks all the time.

Report it as a nuisance barker. Leaving an animal without shelter is animal cruelty and is described as such in most state laws.

I did that they do not seem to care for dogs down here. I was trying to find another one down here. I am talking to my police friend she is looking into it more for me. So i am just making some more calls.
