Finally got some!
The park path we use on a daily walk is ONLEASH only. People tend to forget that, and we've been charged by the same Lhapso twice now...
Onto today, a normally leashed JRT is offleash as we skate by, I didn't see it or recognize the owner. True to what you expect, it barked and attempted to chase.
The poor Terrier forgot it was swimming in the stream however! We were 100yds away before it made landfall. Its nice when a mistake actually isn't a huge problem.
