Every year the hydrant in my barn freezes every spring when it warms up (there is a good physics question for people...) So I took some pics while I filled the troughs from the house.

Bounce and Dash are going for "most elegant farm dogs of the year" lol









Whippets are not delicate fragile creatures...

I wish this one was in focus.. but they move so fast and my telephoto lens is just a cheapy (the apature doesn't go small enough)

Ah, I see you are being hit by mud season as well.

The pictures are great! Kaiden and I have the same thoughts about horses today....

I would have been peeing directly on their heads today if I thought it would help. Mares coming into heat + one very well-behaved stallion + one very poorly behaved studdy gelding + mud + 2 sick workers = one VERY pissy (pun intended) BostonBanker.
