When to change a puppy to adult dog food?

So, when do you change from puppy food to dog food?

Just feed an ALL LIFESTAGES food such as Innova or Natural balance. My breeder reccommends not feeding puppy food at all but a high quality adult kibble.

Thanks. I'm just learning about all of the "bad" dog foods out there. Been feeding Khaki Iams Smart Puppy food, but going change to Eagle Pack. Just found a store in a nearby town that sells it....

I believe she is at her adult size now at 11 months old. 45 pounds and about 20" tall at her shoulders.

Change slowly .

Oh yeah, I'll change slowly over a 2 week period.
