My happy little agility Pug is back!

You all remember the story about how our old agility club didn't do any foundations and Izzie shut down. Well it took nearly a year and with the help of some great folks including my instructors, i have my happy Izzie back!

Our first night back outside was last night and it was our first "big kids agility class" too and we didn't do a lot, just restrained recalls and putting some obstacles together in small, simple sequences and building more and more speed.

Izzie was smokin'! She was flying over the jumps and driving into tunnels and was 100% focused and in sync with me. While all the other dogs were a little iffy on the front crosses and some deceleration, Izzie had no problem.

I'm so proud of my little non-traditional agility dog! Our first trial will be in August, just our club's trial. I was starting to worry that she just wasn't enjoying it and was ready to call it quits if she really didn't want to do agility, but she's shown me she does still love it!
